how to get ringtones

i have just bought a new iphone and turbo simmed it. i am wondering how to get good songs as the ringtones on the phone are not too great lol. any good ideas or advice and help would be welcomed.

i got all my itunes music from limewire so when on itunes list it doesnt have the ringtone symbol next to any of the songs. HELPPPPPP
