How do I achieve installing the Glass Orb Dock independently of the theme?

I would just like to get the Glass Orb Dock.

As well, would it be possible to get it in alphabetical order: iPod, Mail, Phone, Safari, Text ?

You would have use SSH to take the dock out of the theme and install in phone. As for the icon order, once installed you can put them in any order you want.

Step by step would be nice... I too only want the dock, without having to install winterboard or any other theme app that greatly slows down the phone.
