How to get the # key in windows 7 on MBP

Hi guys, this would be great if someone knew how to do this as google was not my friend when trying to find out and i dont fancying using the on screen key board all the time..

If it is set to US keyboard, it should just be Shift-3, otherwise, you will have to figure out what the Alt-Gr key is on the computer then it is Alt-Gr+3.

The Alt-Gr is the right Alt on keyboard... Alt-Gr meaning alternate graphic.
