Hey, I jailbroke my 3gs a few days ago and when I clicked cydia it showed this make my life easier thing and I don't know what I press but that screen went away and then I went to normal cydia menu and now I can't go back to that menu how do I go back?

Is there any green wording at the top of the Cydia home page? If so, you clicked yes. If not...I don't know what to tell you. I'm not sure if there's a way to undo that decision.
