iPad How to get training videos into iCloud to view on iPad?

Is there a solution to upload my mp4/qt training videos to my iCloud, so I could watch them on my iPad.
(I know I could put them in iTunes and sync, but this is not ideal).

Just create a folder for them in iCloud Drive, copy them there, then open them up on the iPad directly from the Files app? That's what I would do.
