How to give other person permission to edit Calendar events?

Hello guys,

I hope you can help me. I am running logistic company and using iCalendar to create departure times that I share with my business partner. Sometimes my colleague needs do add some additional info to it - but he can't, due to the fact that the event was created by me.

Is there a way to give him permission to edit events that I have shared with him?
