I do not like Mountain Lion at all, since upgrading, my iMac runs like a pig, even though I have 4GB RAM, and ML freezes often, which is so annoying! I miss SNow Leopard and want to go back!

Now I understand why GGstudios never upgraded from SL :p

So...How do I do that? Will installing SL from scratch erase the ML recovery partition?

Thank you.:)

Thanks GGJ, after I do a fresh install of SL, I am NOT going to install any rubbish cleaner apps, and I am going to use Finder to uninstall apps, and follow your example, because I have come to understand YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT :D

I am going to do a complete NEW fresh SL install. Should I remove the ML recovery partition first?

It's worth pointing out that slowness and freezing are not the standard experience of ML, so it may be possible to fix those issues without resorting to downgrading your OS.

The 2nd link I posted has detailed, step-by-step instructions.

What about this?

I often have 12+ browser windows open at the same time, viewing videos on many different webpages, in SL it handled it, in ML, it runs slow, and freezes up regularly, obviously struggles to keep up due to hardware limitations I conclude. I am running an 2007 iMac, maybe that's the reason why it struggles to run ML and multitasking.

SL never gave me these issues. So back to SL I go.
