Wonder how to turn off an alarm when I get up early. If I’m wearing my watch, it notices that I’m up and asks me if I want to turn off the alarm. My phone (alone) does not do that. Plus, which is my main question, i cant find anyway to tell it to not play the alarm today. I can shut the alarm off entirely so it won’t go off, but then I have to remember to turn it back on for the next day.

So, if my alarm is set for 8am every day and I get up at 7am, how do I tell the phone that I’m up and not to sound the alarm for just that day?

First, you've asked an iPhone question in a Mac forum. I can move it to the appropriate iOS forum if you tell us your iOS version.

Second, an answer will likely depend on what you're using to set your wakeup alarm. If it's Health, then maybe this will help:
There's a heading Turn off only your next scheduled alarm that appears to do what you ask.

If you're not using Health to manage your alarms, then please identify the app you use.

I found that article by searching for keywords:iphone cancel alarm

Thank you. I did not realize hitting the alarm off tab only shut it off for the next alarm. It’s not labeled very well.
