New Macbook Pro

I used to have Safari open my set of pinned tabs. That no longer seems to work - and Safari forgets my pins.
I have deleted prefs and plists, restarted, etc

What settings / prefs do I need to change to have Safari remember my settings?

Current:
Safari Preferences:
Safari opens with: all non-private windows from last session
New windows open with: Start Page
New Tabs open with: Start pag

Hi! What's the Safari version you're using? You can check it at "Safari->About Safari"
I tried you settings on Safari 15 (macOS Monterey) and pinned tabs appeared properly:

This configuration also worked fine:

Thanks - with my settings (after clearing prefs)
Safari 15.1 remains broken

Pinning tabs does nothing for me - nothing is remembered.

If close all tabs, change prefs to
"All Windows from Last session" then it opens 12 tabs (including yelp and tripadvisor - which I never use) - regardless.

Safari team needs to be fired: first the terrible Tab UI re-design. Now basic functionality not working.
