"Digital Camera RAW Compatibility update 6.06" just appeared. I have a Cannon EOS (not on the list). I cannot think of any reason I would want to connect it anyway. I never looked to see if it has a firewire port. I have seen many posts on how to hide updates on Mavericks. How can it be done on Yosemite?

These sorts of updates will just replace existing drivers, so you might as well apply it. It's not a particularly large update.

Thanx

You are right. It downloaded amd installed in about 30 seconds.

Is there a way to hide opdates? I finally got this damn thing behaving. I do not want El Capitan messing anything up when it arrives. Someone in my house might install it if I cannot hide it (my wife).
