How to import contacts from Entourage into Address Book?

I want to use Address Book and Mail app instead of Entourage, how do I import the address book contents from Entourage into Mail.app?

can you not just select all in entourage and drop onto the address book icon in your dock? works over here.

In the Preferences menu for Entourage, you can select the option to synchronize your calendar and contacts with iCal and Address Book. I recently started doing this for the purpose of being ready for the iPhone.

Entourage > Preferences > Sync Services
