hi, I've got lots of photo and video taken by the iPhone. I once imported some photos & vids by windows 7 (not iTunes) and deleted those photo/vids afterwards, when I try to import those photos/vids again, the system seems to have 'memory' and does not transfer those photos/vids again to my PC

I 'd like to know how to have it fixed. thanks

If nothing else, you should be able to import them using Windows Explorer. The following is from:http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083

Copy the photos to your computer using Windows Explorer:

Connect the iOS device to the computer.
Choose Start > Computer.
Double-click the logo for the device to browse its folders.
Go to [iOS device]\Internal Storage\DCIM\100APPLE.
Copy the content in this folder to your computer.
Disconnect your device. Open the Camera Roll and delete the photos you imported.
