How to install apps on jailbroken iPhone 3G in Mac

How to install(using Mac OS X) apps on iPhone 3G that was jailbroken(2.2) in Windows?
When I try to sync iPhone(in mac os x) the iTunes says that it can check apps or smth like that and don't want to sync apps...
And how to open iPhone in FINDER?

You install apps with the App Store or Cydia. Just like normal.

It doesn't mount in the Finder.

I know that it doesn't mount it in Finder, but then how to open iPhone's folders? What is AFP(Apple Filing Protocol)? I heard it is used to open iPhone in Finder.

Yes, it does. Or are you saying that yours isn't? If so, click the Applications tab in the iPhone window and tick the check boxes for the apps you want.
