iPhone How to install fiveicondock?

I'm trying to install it but its not working and it's not a setting for it. Also I installed carbon x theme and deleted it and the folders are empty.

Don't think fiveicondock has a "settings" portion, just throw another icon onto the dock and the rest should move out the way..

You'll need to install and run SBSettings in order to fix that white icon as well. "System Options", Fix User Permissions".

Didn't work I'm gonna get another theme
