How to install installer.app on 1.1.4

Hi all,

Searched the forums quickly and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
I have just used Ziphone to Unlock, Jailbreak and Activate my 1.1.4 iPhone.

Having done a bit of searching around the web I see that 'installer.app' is required to install 3rd party apps. I also read that having used ziphone I should now have the 'installer.app' on my iphone - i DONT NOT see it on my home screen. I have also tried downloading via http://jailbreakme.com/ - with no luck. Could someone please let me know how to go about setting up installer.app jailbroken on my 1.1.4 iphone. Any links to good guides would also be much appreciated.

Did you download ziphone from ziphone.org or somewhere else? if you didn't get the latest version from ziphone.org it may not install installer.app. the latest version installs it automatically when you jailbreak

I downloaded from Ziphone.org. I got the latest version (3.0) for OS X.
