I have a printer driver for a Samsung ML-2165W laser printer (probably HP product re-branded as Samsung) from the HP website. I had to select Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) for the website to give me a printer driver.
The problem is that the printer driver is unsigned. I cannot install it, unless I go into Terminal and use

Is there some way I can treat the PPD file, so that it will work? Or, does this mean that I will not be able to get this older printer to work in Ventura? It is a fine printer.
