how to install windows 7?

Hi i have a macpro osx10.8, with a gtx660 (so no boot screen) Im trying to instal windows 7 but having problems.
I have 4 HD's 3 have mac stuf & the 4th is going to be windows 7.

I boot up on the windows 7 dvd to install and each time i chose the HD i want to instal on to i get an error

how do i fix this?

You need the Bootcamp utility that came with 10.8

You really should have a card with boot screen.

The install destination should be in sled 1 or 2 only.

You should move this to the Windows Bootcamp forum.
