Hello there, can anybody help me how to unlock my iphone 4s. My sister gave it to me.It was bought in japan and under softbank. I want to use it here in the philippines. Please help me

You cannot jailbreak iOS 6.1.3 on an iPhone 4S and it cannot be unlocked except by a carrier.

Hey , I had the same iPhone and problem. You can't jailbreak your iPhone yet but you have 2 options for unlocking it, one would be the IMEI factory unlock which is pretty expensive, or you can use a gevey ultra s simcard. I unlocked my own with a gevey ultra s down here in Iran yesterday and it's working like a charm, definitely give gevey a look, hope this helped
