I have about 5000 pictures currently on my 6s and the cloud. When I set up my new X how do I make sure 0 of those photos go to the new X but stay on the cloud?

That's not really a solution is it? I have the same question and as far as I know there's no workaround (without sacrificing the icloud library function)
