How to Lock Keychain Access

I need to take my macbook to the repair shop to upgrade my hard drive.
I want to lock my keychain so that all of my saved passwords are not available to the shop personnel.
Most of my passwords were saved on Mozilla. I went so far as to delete mozilla but magically Safari has access to the saved passwords from mozilla.
How can I protect all those passwords from prying eyes?

Backup your Mac (two back ups on different devices is best) and then wipe your Mac and install the OS as new. That way you don’t have to worry.

If the repair facility needs access to your computer then create a new user account. The last time I took my computer to a Apple store for a repair situation, they told me that they did not need access to the computer via a user account. It used to be the case where Apple repair would need access via user account but that has been several years ago.
