Hi, whenever I hit Return, whatever I typed got sent. I want to have a new line break at the end of each paragraph. How to do that? Somewhere I read that Option-Return would get the job done but it does not work. It just sent whatever I typed to my partner.

Which browser are you using? I get a new line in Safari by typing Enter. If you look at the More menu, there should be a Keyboard Shortcuts item. In Safari on macOS 11.5.1, the Actions section looks like below. Does your look differently?

Thanks. I am using Firefox. Where is the Enter key? There is only a return key on my MacBook Pro 16". Which More menu is it? Where can I find it?

Technically, Return is the big key above the right Shift key. Enter is usually available on extended keyboards with a numeric keypad. It’s the key in the lower-right corner. On Mac it shows a symbol.

Sometimes they behaves differently.

Anyway, have you tried Shift-Enter to add a line break?

It's the navigation menu on the left side. Tap on the circle with the three dots for the More menu. The Keyboard Shortcuts is the last item on that menu. On my Mac and iPad keyboard, I use the return key for Enter.
