I love my AirPods pro, though I find that even using the largest tip lets sound in while at work. Does anyone have any suggestions (such as different tips to use) that would help me out?
They used to cancel almost all noise with the original firmware. Unfortunately Apple reduced the amount of noise filtered. I and many others are waiting to see if they return the noise canceling in the next firmware update.
The previous firmware is being turned into something that it wasn't. It didn't magically block all noise. Earbud noise cancelling headphones are never going to block out all noise. If you need to get close to that, you need to be looking at Bose over-ear or similar.

Well I didn’t say they used to block all noise. My experience was that it blocked out most of the noise around me. Then the original firmware changed (not by magic) and more noise is now definitely noticeable with the ANC on. Not a placebo effect.
