So i have a Pioneer AVIC-N1 screen in my car, with the Pioneer iPod adapter. It charges my iPod touch, why can't/won't it charge my iPhone. Is there a setting to change or can it be done? my phone is jailbroken so i was wondering if there were any jailbroken apps or settings out there to get this done? thanks!

What models of iPod touch/ iPhone do you own. I believe that they removed the Firewire charging from the iPhone 3G and the newer iPod touch so if that is how your Pioneer charges it wont work with the iPhone 3G but still would with an older iPod touch.

I have seen some adapters that you could get that should solve your problem. You would need something like this:

Best of Luck,
