Ok now that I have my iPad backing up to iCloud, how do I do a manual backup to iTunes? I want to do both for security. I have been plugging the iPad in to the computer and it seems to be backing up to iTunes but want to be sure.

How to Manually backup iPad to iTunes?

When the iPad is connected right click on it under devices on the left hand side of iTunes and choose the backup option.
What if the backup option is suddenly missing? I was doing this until about 4 days ago when the right click/backup disappeared.
