I have mistakenly placed (manually pasted) files from MacBook into Time Machine backup "Backups.backupdb" which is my time machine folder.
I need to completely copy/move those files into my MacBook again, however, when I try to do that, it does not allow me.
The only option I have is to upload to G drive or One drive and then download from there. that process is time consuming and not friendly.

Any ideas would be highly appreciated. I am going through this past 4 months :(

Error : "The volume is wrong format for a backup."

Also when I try to copy the files from the backups.backupdb to outside the drive, getting below
Error: "The operation cannot be completed because it is not supported."
