iPod How to merge HD and SD Files?

I bought season 13 of South Park, and midway through my external hard drive shut down, and so some of the SD videos were stored on my internal. I've moved them to my external, and now I'm wondering if there's a way that I can make iTunes only show one episode instead of one HD and then the standard.

Remove them from your library and re-add them. Right-click, select "delete", choose to keep files. This removes them from your library but they will still be on your computer. Then just re-add them.
