I have setup my router at home with 3 nfs shares of my hard drives
i can mount it flawlessly with my streamer, but with mac its not working
i tried in finder to connect to nfs://server:/path but it fails.
I only managed to do so with NFS Manager, but it seems like a poor solution, isnt it?
its a paid app, thats for first..and i think its something should be emedded in the OS and work like P&P, with no 3rd party apps

Do any of you have some decent solution?

Try to connect to nfs://server/path in Finder. I know it's possible. I've done it before. If you are still having trouble, check the security settings on the sever side.

Did you do it under lion?
As I've tried that syntax too but it didn't work.
And I don't have any permissions issues as another device of mine is working well with the nfs shares
