easily? seems like thumb drive would or should be copy paste to receiving mac...without hassle...but know ing apple probably not- searching provides the usual dilemma - so simple method please if available- thank you very much ...I already have several hours of researching into this..?

The easiest way would be to sign both computers into the same iCloud account and enable iCloud Keychain.
