Hi there. What would be the best way to move my mail from high sierra to a new computer with a clean install of Mojave. i have 4 IMAP accounts with aprox 10,000 emails. the majority are in a saved folder (on my mac). i want to preserve auto fill for the email addresses.
any advice would be appreciated.

thanks

Migration Assistant will handle this automatically if you run it when you do the initial setup of the "new" computer.

will it allow me to just choose mail?
Nope. All of it. If your accounts are IMAP, the messages are on the email server. If you have a clean install, just set up your email accounts again under Mojave and the messages should sync with the email server.
