How to mute calls when at work - unable to get focus mode to work

Hello,
I am becoming crazy because I cannot get “work focus mode” to work. I have created the work focus mode and when activated I would like to completely mute the phone, especially for calls,…

I have tried everything, I have chosen Allow notifications from …. and I have chosen two emergency contacts but the phone keeps os ringing on every call.

How can I solve it? Please help, thanks,
