Hi folks,

Does anyone know a way to obtain a replacement box from Apple for a 2019 Mac Pro.
The old box was damaged and discarded a while back.

I have done this once before for a 2010 Mac Pro.

I've tried calling Apple- sales put me through to technical, technical put me through to sales, sales put me through to a physical store, physical store can't help.

I understand it would be impossible to get boxes for old machines but it seems reasonable that a high end current machine, which is still under AppleCare.
There must be a solution?
Or am I wasting my time?

If you're in the USA try eBay. I just searched for "mac pro box" and found one. You will have to scroll past a few open box mac pro's

The original box doesn’t come from Apple, so they aren’t going to be helpful. It comes from the Flex assembly plant in Texas or China. To get a replacement you’d have to order a new Mac Pro and then return it without the box.
