I always have a finder windows with some tabs opened, but everytime I click in an app for open a link/folder it opens me a new window.

Example: with Dropbox, in the status bar, If I click on a recent uploaded file, it ignores the fact that I have a finder windows opened and opens a new one. The same for finished download in Transmission and many more...There is something I can do.

I have already checked in the Finder pref "open new folders in tab instead of windows" but did not change anything

Maybe, app developer just call related API to open a new Finder window always, ignoring your system preference.

In case you didn't know...

In Finder there's a menu command, Window>Merge All Windows. If you think you'll use it a lot you can always make a Keyboard Shortcut for it in System Preferences>Keyboard>Shortcuts>App Shortcuts.
Thanks, actually I didn't know of it!
