hello i already have mi host it is webs.com and my domain i already created something in wieb an saved it to my desktop i got 3 different things but know how do i put into webs.com?

You can either log into your hosting account and find the location to upload them manually or use a program like cyberduck to connect to your host server and upload the files that way.
You'll need an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program like Cyberduck (free). Then, get the FTP information from your host, webs.com so you know how to connect to their FTP server. They also have a Site Manager that you can try using. Actually, you may have to use that. It looks you may need to be a paid member to have and FTP account with them.
