How to prevent CNN popup in Safari 12.0.1?

Any ideas on how to prevent the attached popup from appearing every time I bring up cnn.com? The popup just started appearing recently.

Right-clicking the address, in "Settings for this Website," I've enabled content blockers, "Block" is noted for pop-up windows, and "deny" is noted for Location.

I'm using Safari 12.0.1 in MacOS Mojave 10.14.1.

Try using the free version of AdGuard from the App Store. It does a great job. It should solve your problem.

It can replace Wipr. It is that good. You can also run side by side without any trouble.

I have been using AdGuard for several years and have been very happy.
