First of all, I want to apologize if this is not the best forum to post this, but I could'nt find any better.

Now on the topic, I want to program for the iPhone but as far as I know I have to program it on a Mac. Is there a way to program in Windows? If not, can I install Mac OS in Windows?

Please help me I would really appreciate it!

No you need a Mac to develop for iPhone. There are ways to get around this but new Apple rules will make it very hard to get your app approved if you don't develop using Apple tools (XCode on Mac)

Isn't it just required for it to be native Objective-C? Not necessarily XCode? Or did they actually say it has to be XCode?

Yes. You need to buy a Mac. I know a lot of developers that bought the Mac mini. Around $500, no keyboard, mouse or display but the cheapest Mac but it's still a great machine. That said they just updated the mbpros and there insanely fast, portable with awesome battery life and portable but your minimum doubling the investment.
