how to publish my iphone application on app store

I registered on apple dev center and (99$) and i want to submit my app on app store but i don't know to doing it.
please help me.

Login to iTunes Connect (itunesconnect.apple.com) and download the developer guide. There's a link at the bottom of the "Manage Your Applications" page.

Or, login to the iPhone Dev Center and take a look at the info on there.
