How to put bring songs, pictures, etc. to a new computer?

Say I get a new computer. How would I go about putting all my information from my iphone onto the new computer?

itunes will just say you have to erase everything on the iphone.

even if you do a backup on the new computer, it won't backup your pictures, songs, movies, etc.
