iPhone How to put custom signal and WiFi icons?

Hi, I have a question.

I found these two types of icons:

I want them on my iPhone 5.

How can I do that? Is there any guide/how-to for that?

I use Mac if there is any applications needed.

1. Download "WinterBoard" from Cydia (its FREE)
2. Download "iFile" from Cydia
3. Open up Safari and navigate to the .zip file you want to download.
4. Choose "Open in iFile"
5. Unzip it in iFile
6. Cut and paste the folder in "var/stash/themes"
7. Open "WinterBoard"
8. Enable and drag the theme all the way to the top
9. Respring

Wasn't working before and isn't working now. Restored, same ******. :( Themes like ayecon works and changes those indicators.
Tried three different themes, not working.
 
try disabling ayecon, see if it works. IF it does...look for the same-named files in ayecon, and remove them... (just an idea...)

Tried everything, replacing - doesn't work.

Is it some kind of jailbreak process problem or what?
