How to quickly connect Ipad/Iphone to TV wirelessly?

I am a sales rep and often go into offices and present in their board room. I'd like to quickly get my ipad on their TV screens, but not sure the best device? I've looked at several (Chromecast, etc.) but the limitations are a) they require set up which I won't have time for, has to be immediate plug/play and b) appears to require a wi-fi connection which I may not always have. What product can I simply plug into a HDMI/USB port on the TV, and immediate stream my Ipad content through? thanks in advance for any suggestions!

It seems the quickest way would be using the adapter.

Airplay or any third party software still use some form of wifi (which you don't always have). I linked to other solutions but they all look like they need some type of setup

thanks i have the digital adapter (which cost more than a chromecast!)
hopefully something is wireless I can find. my buddy's surface had a simple USB plugin that worked perfectly

As I recall, the chrome cast uses it's own wifi. That's what I recall from setting my mother's up. If you used your own it'd already be set up - you'd just want to make sure you had access to the HDMI port and a place to plug it into power IIRC.
