iPod How to re download bought music.

I have just a fresh copy of Leopard on my Mac and i want to download all my music and apps again from iTunes but i have no idea how.

Could someone exlain this please.

You can't.

Apple/iTunes has told you this for years now... you have to backup your purchases.
