How to Read and write APFS formatted HDD on Windows computer

Anyone knows how to read and write APFS formatted external HDD when connected to Windows 11 / 10 system.

I haven't seen mentioned yet ANY utility for the PC/Windows that would make this work.

If you have to share data with a PC, use a "dedicated drive" formatted to exFAT or even HFS+ (if you have a utility on the PC that can read HFS+).

Well then I'll mention Paragon Software's "APFS for Windows".

I've seen several read-only things.

MacDrive. However, it can only read APFS drive on a PC.
