How to read my 3G data usage

I'm trying to decide if I should lower my 3G data plan from the unlimited to the package. But I don't understand the how to read my usage. I have about 21 days remaining on my plan. My current usage reads:

Sent = 24
Received = 272

I have wifi at home and at work. The only times I used 3G was to show some of my coworkers.

So can someone please tell me how to read my usage and if you think I should either stay with the unlimited, go to the 250mb or sell my 3G and get a wifi only version.

I know it's a lot of threads like this already but if I knew how to read my usage, I'd have a better understanding on what I might do.

Is that Mb or Kb? It makes a very big difference. If it is Mb, then you have already gone through your 250Mb and you will probably need the unlimited. In my experience, I blow through the 250 in a day or two. If you do any streaming video on 3g, go with the unlimited.
