Hi
I've been removing a lot of dross from my phone including some photos.
So, I went through the usual procedure to delete certain photos & then later I deleted the 'recently deleted' photos folder.
So far so good - none of the deleted photos could be found anywhere.
Later I installed an app called 'Exif Metadata'. It asks me to select the photos I want to look at the EXIF data for.
It shows me photos in various folders to choose, one of which is 'recently deleted' which contains the photos I assumed I'd deleted!
So, although the iphone tells me that the photos have been deleted, they actually haven't.
Can you explain how I really delete the photos since the iphone seems to be untrustworthy.
