How to record 4k video on 5k iMac?

Hi,

See title. I got the problem that I can only record 2560x1440 in Screenflick and Screenium. If I change the scale of the iMac screen I can push it to 3200x1800.

What am I overlooking here... it is possible to capture 4k video right?

Have you tried using the screen recorder built into Quicktime?
