how to recover deleted phone number

Hi guys,

I recently deleted a contact and may have blocked it as well. I have exchanged text messages with the deleted number.
I never backup on Icloud.
Can i recover that number???
It's a Iphone 8

If your contacts are in iCloud, it’s been deleted on iCloud too.
If you have a 2nd iOS device that’s current, you could boot it up but don’t connect it to the internet and take a look at it’s contacts. Maybe the deleted contact will be on that device.

I checked the blocked list and it's not there. I remember the first 6 digits of the phone number. Weird?

You might be able to see it on your wireless carrier's page for your account.

The carrier's shows all call and text history except calls and texts between iphone users.

i am pulling my hair out over this. It's all my fault
