Can somebody help me?

I want to open a .sit file, but I forgot the password of that file.
Is there a way for me to open this file? Can I recover, reset, or bypass the password?

How can I do this?
Do I need a third party software? If yes, what is it and where can I get it? Does it run on Tiger?

Thanks in advance.

cheers,
