Hi there folks, need a little help here. So i was organizing my pictures in Photos and i found one of my albums is completely empty, either I wasn't paying attention or a random delete happen for these set of pictures. I can't find them under the "All Photos" and I'm trying to figure out how can I retrieve them from time machine WITHOUT importing the entire Photos library file.

Is there a way to open the library without replacing my current one? Can I open it to just retrieve the particular pictures/album?

Open your TM disk in finder, navigate to the current backup folder, then to your user folder under Users, Pictures. Right-click the Photos Library and choose 'Show package contents'. The images are under Masters.
