Having just migrated from one Mac to another... I came across an irritt on my iPhone 6S+... one that I would like to resolve.

The "Calls On Other Devices" list is showing my old Mac. And, having reset the phone thinking this would clear the list, it is still showing.

My partner has the same issue, having inherited my old machine and now has their old machine showing in their list too..?

Just to clarify, the old hardware has been reset and removed from both our Apple accounts and Support Profiles, cleanly installed and set up as per personal preference. Therefore, all traces should now be gone.

This list seems to behave very much like the iMessage device list, in iOS settings. Where you can only refresh it by changing your Apple ID password. However, changing my Apple ID password did not refresh and remove the old/defunct device.

Any suggestions?

I guess you old Mac is going to disappear from that list after a week or so. I had the same, also with text message forwarding but eventually old devices will be removed.

I'd also log into iCloud.com, click on settings and check the My Devices section and remove the old device if necessary. I've had this happen to me and it stuck around until I did.
