How to refresh Videos app?

I purchased a movie from the iTunes Store but it isn't showing up automatically in the Videos app like such purchases usually do. I've killed and restarted Videos but the movie still isn't showing up.

Do you have the purchases option enabled over at Settings > Videos?
 
The movie shows up in iTunes for my Mac so I know it's not a hidden movie.
