Hello. I'm sorry if this question has already been asked, my research skills are sorely lacking. Anyway,I'm looking to buy a MBA ut I have some quesitons.

Is there anyway for me to load osx onto a usb and boot my mba from there?

Will my MBA come with OS disks?

What do you guys do?

Yes it comes with disks.

You can either buy the external SuperDrive, or if you have another Mac you can share it's DVD drive over a network.

I use the DVD drive in my iMac to install things on my Air.

When I was at the Apple Store they took out a USB hard drive and loaded the OS onto it using that.

Yes, my MacBook Air came with OS disks.

I usually use the USB Superdrive or you can also use "Remote Install OS X" which will install it using another computer's optical drive. The computers connect using WiFi.
